Welcome to Razys! We strive to offer a wide range of quality products. Before shipping, our quality control team personally inspects each item. You can cancel the order within 24 hours. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. Our customer service is always there for you. Please email us at info@razys.com and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, along with your order number and product name. For defective, wrong or items not as described, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the image under 2 Mb.
Our solutions:
1. Razy's responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the problem, we will facilitate a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or send a replacement free of charge at our expense.
2. Customer's Responsibility
- If the customer ordered the wrong size, wrong product or just wants to exchange the item, we can also accept a return.
- In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our guarantee does not apply to products listed in the following categories: Swimwear, Lingerie, Earrings, Clearance Items and items purchased via Gift Card/Store Credit. Unless Razys makes a mistake. If Rayzs makes a mistake, we will always solve it to your satisfaction. All returned items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact. In the case of a return, gifts must also be sent back or alternatively charged for. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong addresses provided at checkout. If your package tracking shows "Returned to Sender" or "Undelivered", please contact us to receive/reship your package. We offer you to cancel these orders and charge a cancellation fee of 7 EUR if the package is returned to sender and there is no mis-shipment. Customs fees incurred for returns will be deducted from the refund. Of course, if this error is corrected before shipping, there are no costs (tip: check your address carefully!).
