However, once the package is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. 14-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us at info@shoprazys.com, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at info@shoprazys.com.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and a detailed explanation of the issue or reason for return.
  3. For defective, incorrect, or items not as described, please attach a clear picture or video (under 2MB) showing the problem.

Our Solutions

  1. If Razy Shop is Responsible:

    • In cases where the issue is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will arrange for a return to our warehouse at no cost to you.
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference, free of charge.
  2. If the Customer is Responsible:

    • If you ordered the wrong size or item, or wish to exchange for another product, we also accept returns.
    • In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the cost of the original product once the returned item is received. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
